Home fragrances: how stereotypes about "chemicals" are broken by natural solutions
Diffusers, scented candles, and sprays based on essential oils can instantly change the atmosphere of a room. Natural ingredients don't mask odors but neutralize them, adding a sense of cleanliness and harmony.
Many still believe that home fragrances are "all chemicals." But today's market offers safe alternatives: diffusers with bamboo rattan sticks based on lavender, citrus, or tea tree oils. They contain no phthalates or synthetic perfumes. Soy wax candles burn longer than paraffin ones, and coconut wax holds the scent evenly. For a quick boost, use fabric sprays – they refresh sofas, curtains, or rugs. The right scent can lower anxiety (lavender) or boost concentration (peppermint). One rule: don't overdo it – one diffuser for up to 20 m² is enough; otherwise, you'll get a headache. Choose what smells like real plants, not a "perfume factory."
